「目録(もくろく)」(以下「本アプリ」)は、本アプリの開発者(以下「開発者」)が提供するAndroidアプリケーションです。本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用に伴う情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 本アプリが扱う情報
1.1 利用者が作成した目録と控え
目録の名前、項目、分類、控えの内容、完了の記録は、すべて利用者の端末内に保存されます。開発者はこれらを受け取らず、見ることもできません。
Proをご購入いただくと、Google ドライブへのバックアップと復元が利用できます。この場合、目録と控えの内容は、利用者ご自身のGoogleアカウントのドライブ内にある、本アプリ専用の領域に保存されます。開発者のサーバーを経由することはなく、開発者がその内容にアクセスすることはありません。Google ドライブにおける取り扱いには、Google社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
これは端末間で自動的に内容をそろえる「同期」ではありません。バックアップと復元は、利用者が本アプリ内で操作したときにのみ行われます。
1.2 端末の自動バックアップ
Android には、アプリのデータを利用者のGoogleアカウントへ自動的にバックアップする機能があります。端末の設定でこの機能が有効な場合、目録と控えの内容もその対象となります。バックアップは暗号化されて保存され、開発者がその内容にアクセスすることはできません。
なお、目録画面で選択している途中の状態や、購入状態の控えは、この自動バックアップの対象から除外しています。
自動バックアップの有効・無効は、端末の設定(「システム」→「バックアップ」など、端末により名称が異なります)から変更できます。
1.3 他のアプリから貼り付けた文章
まとめて追加する機能で貼り付けた文章は、項目に変換されたのち、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。外部に送信されることはありません。
1.4 共有した控え・書き出したテキスト
控えをメッセージ等で送信する場合、または目録を書き出して送信する場合、その内容は端末の標準の共有機能を通じて、利用者が選択した相手またはアプリに渡されます。送信先での取り扱いは、当該アプリまたはサービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。開発者がその内容を受け取ることはありません。
2. 広告
無料版では、画面下部に広告(バナー)を表示します。広告の配信には、Google社のAdMobを利用しています。
AdMobは、広告の配信および不正防止のために、次のような情報を取得することがあります。
- デバイスの識別子(広告ID)
- おおまかな位置情報(IPアドレスから推定される国や地域の程度)
- 広告の表示回数やタップなどの記録
- アプリの利用状況、動作の記録、クラッシュの情報
これらはGoogle社が取得するものであり、開発者が個別に受け取ることはありません。開発者が確認できるのは、表示回数や収益といった集計された数値のみです。
本アプリは、利用者の目録や控えの内容を広告の配信に使用しません。また、広告のためにその内容をGoogle社に提供することもありません。

2.1 追跡について
本アプリは、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで利用者を追跡しません。広告の要求時には、パーソナライズしない広告のみを配信するよう指定しています。
広告IDのリセットや削除は、端末の設定(「Google」→「広告」)から行えます。
また本アプリは、欧州経済領域(EEA)および英国では配信していません。
Proをご購入いただくと広告は表示されなくなり、上記の情報がGoogle社に取得されることもなくなります。
3. アプリ内課金
本アプリは、Google Playが提供するアプリ内課金(買い切り)機能を利用しています。決済情報はGoogle社が処理し、開発者はクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得しません。開発者が確認できるのは、購入が有効であるかどうかという状態のみです。
4. 開発者が収集する情報
開発者は、独自の解析ツールやアクセス解析を本アプリに組み込んでいません。また、アカウントの登録を求めることもありません。
本アプリは、位置情報・連絡先・写真・カメラ・マイクなど、端末の権限を要求しません。
開発者は、Google Play Consoleを通じてGoogle社から提供される統計情報(インストール数、クラッシュ件数など)を確認することがありますが、これは個人を特定できない形に集計されたものです。
5. 第三者への提供
開発者は、上記2に記載する広告配信(Google社)およびGoogle社が提供するサービスを除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供または販売することはありません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象とした情報収集を行っておらず、13歳未満のお子様を主な対象とはしていません。
7. 情報の保存期間と削除
目録と控えの内容は、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリを端末から削除するまで保存されます。
Google ドライブへバックアップした内容は、ドライブの設定(「アプリを管理」)から削除できます。端末の自動バックアップに保存された内容は、Googleアカウントのバックアップの設定から削除できます。
本アプリには書き出しの機能があり、目録と控えの内容をテキストとして取り出せます。この機能は無料でご利用いただけます。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に伴い、予告なく変更される場合があります。変更した場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリの更新情報でもお知らせします。

Mokuroku (the “App”) is an Android application provided by its developer (the “Developer”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
This English text is provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version above prevails.
1. Information the App handles
1.1 The catalogs and slips you create
Catalog names, items, groups, slip contents, and completion records are all stored on your device. The Developer does not receive them and cannot see them.
If you purchase Pro, backup and restore to Google Drive becomes available. Your catalogs and slips are then stored in an app-specific area of your own Google Drive. They do not pass through any server operated by the Developer, and the Developer cannot access their contents. Google’s privacy policy applies to Google Drive.
This is not “sync”: contents are not automatically kept in step across devices. Backup and restore happen only when you ask for them in the App.
1.2 Android’s automatic backup
Android can automatically back up app data to your Google account. If this is enabled in your device settings, your catalogs and slips are included. Backups are stored encrypted, and the Developer cannot access their contents.
Your in-progress selection on the catalog screen, and the cached purchase state, are excluded from this automatic backup.
You can turn automatic backup on or off in your device settings (typically “System” → “Backup”).
1.3 Text pasted from other apps
Text you paste using the bulk-add feature is converted into items and stored only on your device. It is not sent anywhere.
1.4 Slips you share and text you export
When you send a slip as a message, or export your catalogs as text, the contents are handed to the app or person you choose through your device’s standard share sheet. What happens afterwards is governed by the privacy policy of the receiving app or service. The Developer does not receive the contents.
2. Advertising
The free version displays a banner advertisement at the bottom of the screen. Advertising is delivered by Google AdMob.
To serve advertisements and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect information such as:
- Device identifiers (advertising ID)
- Coarse location (roughly the country or region inferred from an IP address)
- Records of advertisement impressions and taps
- App usage, performance data, and crash information
This information is collected by Google. The Developer does not receive it individually; the Developer sees only aggregate figures such as impression counts and revenue.
The App does not use the contents of your catalogs or slips to serve advertisements, nor does it provide those contents to Google for advertising purposes.

2.1 About tracking
The App does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. When requesting advertisements, the App specifies non-personalized advertising only.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (“Google” → “Ads”).
The App is not distributed in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.
If you purchase Pro, advertisements are no longer shown, and the information above is no longer collected by Google.
3. In-app purchases
The App uses Google Play’s in-app purchase (one-time) feature. Payment information is processed by Google; the Developer does not receive credit card numbers or other payment details. The Developer can see only whether a purchase is valid.
4. Information the Developer collects
The Developer has not built any independent analytics or tracking into the App, and does not ask you to create an account.
The App does not request device permissions such as location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
The Developer may view statistics provided by Google through the Google Play Console (such as install counts and crash counts), which are aggregated and cannot identify individuals.
5. Sharing with third parties
Other than the advertising described in section 2 (Google) and services provided by Google, the Developer does not provide or sell your information to third parties.
6. Children’s privacy
The App does not collect information targeted at any particular age group, and is not primarily directed at children under 13.
7. Retention and deletion
Your catalogs and slips are kept until you delete them in the App or remove the App from your device.
Contents backed up to Google Drive can be deleted from Drive’s settings (“Manage apps”). Contents kept in Android’s automatic backup can be deleted from your Google account’s backup settings.
The App includes an export feature that lets you take your catalogs and slips out as text. This feature is free to use.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be changed without notice in response to changes in law or to the App’s features. When it changes, the “last updated” date on this page will be revised. Significant changes will also be noted in the App’s release notes.
